FULL PLANNING & DESIGN
Moore Amore Weddings will support you every step of the way, ensuring that planning your wedding doesn’t feel like a full-time job.
We’ll assist with organization, design and vendor coordination to bring your dream wedding to life seamlessly! Along the way, we’ll review and manage contracts, schedule initial vendor meetings, and provide all the Day-Of Coordination services to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Let’s make planning easy, fun, and stress-free!
- 12 hours day-of coordination
- Unlimited email and phone contact from time of booking
- Create your floor plan, if not provided by the venue or caterer
- Planner will book nearly ALL initial event vendors
- Help review contracts before contracts are made and signed directly between client and vendors
- Contact vendors to begin vendor confirmation in the weeks prior to your event via email, requesting C.O.I liability insurances, etc. for the venue
- Contact vendors to coordinate set up and strike times for all
- Consultation
- Venue site visits
- Create a custom timeline for your day
- Recommend vendors based on your style and budget
- Provide planning tools to keep you on track
- Email final details and documents to confirmed vendors for the week of the wedding
- Planner will supervise the ceremony and/or reception
- Planner will serve as the main point of contact for the venue
- Planner will attend a final meeting with caterer for the “venue walk-through” once the client has booked the majority of their vendors
Partial Planning is perfect for couples who want to take charge of certain aspects of their wedding but feel more confident with a professional handling vendor coordination and fine details.

This package provides Day-of Coordination, ideal for couples who have laid the groundwork for their wedding but need help with ensuring the day goes smoothly.
